 but there may be summer information that you would want to get from the coach so we reccomend you contact them.  Please also keep in mind that you need to get a sports physical completed before the first day of practice or you will not be able to participate.  The wellness center here at MHS is open until June 23rd to do physicals and it is free.  Please make sure to have the physical completed on the DIAA form which can be found at Please call Middletown High at 376-4140 should you have any questions.
